The chill pool created a real relaxed atmosphere for everyone. i met some awesome new people there, and the music was great! the food and cocktails were AMAZING!!! juan carlos, the lifeguard. Now he is a friend.
the wi-fi was unfortunately poor, a bit inconvenient. it was hard to stay connected for some of our devices. i hope they improve it.

I stayed for a few days and enjoyed the chill pool area. The atmosphere was great, and the lifeguard, carlos, was particularly friendly and professional! the food was also really good, especially the breakfast with many choices. i found the staff consistently helpful, and they were quick to address any issues, like when the air conditioning needed fixing, the maintenance team responded fast.
my room faced the back of the stage, resulting in a less desirable view. it would be nice if those rooms offered a discount since the view wasn't great!

my rocks room had a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. a large fridge stored all our drinks. the chill pool provided a perfect escape from the party scene.
the room faced the roadside so it was noisy at night with guests coming and heavy vehicles. double glazing would have been good on the balcony doors.

The tuesday pool party, ibiza rocks pool party, had a good vibe. ticket prices around 20 euro and poolside tables for four were 240 euro. the party ran from 2 pm to 9 pm. Music was good. isabelle from essex, a hostess, was lovely and attentive. Vip drinks were expensive.
the room faced the roadside, it was noisy at night. balcony doors must be double glazed, it would helped a lot. despite that, i would stay again but i refused a room next to the road.

The location was superb. the bar staff, including leon, provided excellent service. my room offered lovely vibes. i look forward to returning in the summer. They accommodated me and upgraded me to my original room on arrival!

My rocks room was clean upon arrival. The blackout curtains were effective. I appreciated the large fridge available in the room. The chill pool provided a quieter alternative to the main pool area. More umbrellas near the chill pool would be helpful.
